- Overspray: which paths, walls or seating areas receive water.

Irrigation and drainage are related but different questions. - Any excavation, access requirements and reinstatement of disturbed surfaces.

- Maintenance responsibilities, exclusions and any warranty terms offered.

- Follow-up: clarify who reviews plant response and seasonal settings, how to report a problem, and what is included in any offered maintenance or warranty arrangement.
